Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the exceptional circumstance that you are not, simply return the item to us by following the instructions below.
Due to the very delicate nature of our clothing returns must be made in writing via our email: sales@grabo365.com, enclosing details of your name, order number and reason for return as soon as you receive the item.
Return the item in its original condition, unused with all tags attached within 5 days from the day order received by customer. All returned merchandise should be sent to the UK shipping address, that we email you. Our Office address is not the return address and returns won't be processed at this address.
We would advise that our customers use Royal Mail postal services for the returns&exchanges.Please ask for proof of postage when you post return. In the case of exchanges, please contact us via our email sales@grabo365.com and let us know which item you wish to exchange for. We may be able to reserve it for you to ensure it does not get sold while your item is on its way back to us.
However,some of the returns customer has to pay for the shipping.For example Customer ordered wrong product,customer ordered wrong size,customer not happy with the product,and if the reason fall in unacceptable reasons.
For exchanges except wrong product sent,damage product sent,wrong size sent and other reasons customer has to pay for the Two way shipping.
Please note, the Complete responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when you return the item is yours.we are not responsible for that.
Grabo365 Gift cards and The order placed using Grabo365 Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Returned/Exchanged items are to be sent back in the condition it was received and in the original packaging. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in their original packaging condition, we will not issue a refund or Exchange.
Unfortunately, if an item has been altered / damaged / marked in any way / has been worn / used / if anything is missing or not in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to process your exchange or refund. All items are inspected on return.
Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. Due to
hygienic reasons, we will not be able to accept returns for some of our items.
Please note, we reserve the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g., we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads - way more than even the most loyal GRABO365 customer would order, or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact Customer Care. They'll give you a guideline although you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered. We will notify you by email once the return has been approved. We will issue your refund in the same method as to which your item was paid within the next 14 working days of receiving the item. But it could take some time to show up on your account.
Remember how fast you see payments on your account always depends on your bank/building society. We are unable to refund or offer an exchange for sale items and any items which have been ordered on customer request. The Fabric which has been cut or stitched to a particular size for a customer cannot be refunded.
if the parcel is undelivered due to any reason then it will be RTO DELIVERED(return to orgion) and you will have to pay the shipping fee for back and forth of the parcel £3.50.
payment of re-shipping fee is mandatory if RTO DELIVERED.only 1st attempt of above £20 order is free shipping from grabo365 side.
We cannot offer a refund for shipping and stitching charges.
Returns from outside United Kingdom will be charged for import duty and taxes.
Buyer pays return postage. Please note, the responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when you return the item is yours.
